Baked Apples (Crock Pot)



Wife; "I'm going to throw out these apples".
Me: "Hell no, give them to me, I'll find something to make with them"



INGREDIENTS

• 6 large cored, peeled, sliced into ⅛'s
• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon of molasses (optional)
• 4 tablespoons butter, sliced

• Put all ingredients EXCEPT BUTTER into crock pot; stir well, coating all apple slices, and place slices of butter on top
• Cook on HIGH for 1-1/2 to 2 hours OR cook on LOW 3-1/2 to 4 hours, stirring once half way through.
