Where best to buy red cabbage seeds for sprouts?
Didn't know where to post this but since I'm looking for red cabbage I guess this is a good place as any.
I want to try growing them as sprouts. If anyone here grows or eats sprouts, what is a good vendor w/ reasonable shipping? I'm not looking for a lb but maybe a quarter oz to start.
Thanks!

The cheapest I've found were at Todd's seeds, but I will say they are hit or miss sometimes on germination. I would suggest Johnny's Select Seeds or True Leaf Market, or Sprout People. I grow microgreens at times and the price of seeds for sprouts and micros is outrageous.

Thanks Texgal. I've seen those vendors online but they either sell in large quantities or if small the shipping is more than the seeds. I might just get a packet in a store, plant a couple just for the seeds. That'll have to be later this year as it's now summer veggie planting time soon here. Saw the sprouts on a cooking show so just wanted to try them as you can't buy them.

Seeds Now has red cabbage microgreens in smaller packages for 1.99. This weekend they are having free shipping also.
There should be an add to their store at the bottom of the page here.
I've bought seeds from them before and have no complaints.

I thought about you yesterday. I went into The Natural Grocer's yesterday and saw a display of seeds for sprouting at the entrance of the produce section. That didn't even occur to me, but you might check at a whole Foods or Sprouts grocery or whatever younhave similar in your area.
