i seem to have accumulated a number of dwarf tomatoes, courtesy of MMMM madness.
now, i am trying to pare down which maybe six to grow this year. i am looking for varieties
that are shorter to mid season, do well in coolish weather, and are best tasting in the group
if there are several that are chocolate, or red, or pink etc.
most colors i'm good with. green when ripe are kind of hit and miss here.
here is what i have found so far. is it possible to grow just six???
tell me what you think.

yeah, i got one.
wouldn't have to do with a guy with the same initials as yourself in the
development of them would it?
sweet scarlet is a 90 day tomato. that would be pushing it for here.

Great choice.

You can't argue with a closed mind.
You might as well be arguing with a cat.

All time favorite dwarf would be Tasmanian Chocolate. Not sure of the days to maturity, though.

I have grown 14 on your list. Mary’s Cherry and Scarlet Heart are two of my favourites — great tasting and much earlier than most. Pink Passion if you like very sweet tomatoes.

You’re correct that Sweet Scarlet is a very late season tomato.

I have found the smaller salad-size dwarfs a better option and likely to ripen in our short seasons. Many of the DTP beefsteaks are too late.
Too many tomatoes, not enough time.

victory seeds says tasmanian chocolate is 85 days. a possible, depending on the weather.

My favorite dwarf is Uluru Ochre. I like its taste, color, growth habit, and fruit consistency.

I grow at the 47th parallel in northern Minnesota and I've grown Sweet Scarlet Dwarf, Dwarf Sweet Sue, and Dwarf Blazing Beauty in garden dirt as well as in pots since they were released, and they all get ripe for me, I would class them as more as mid-season, but of course it all depends on your seasonal days of available sun and heat levels.
