SuperThrive, does it work?

Last year a new supply store targeted for indoor growing opened in our city. I purchased some special nutrients from there and now I got product named SuperThrive. A small 4oz bottle was 24€ and now I wonder if I purchased just really expensive kelp extract or some snake oil?

I potted up my pepper seedlings and used SuperThrive in the water to moisten the coir block, which I mixed with moler clay granules for my potting mix. I used it on all of the peppers and some annual flowers, so I do not have any plants to compare, if this has done any good or bad. The coir which I use has some fertilizer mixed in and I have used Clonex Pro Start to fertilize the seedlings, since I know that SuperThrive has no plant nutrients in it.

@svalli, keep us posted; you's noticing the days getting longer, over there...?

I have good success with SuperThrive, in both my hydroponics and SIPs, though I don't add it repeatedly. I add it in the beginning, and maybe every couple of months. Though I don't do it now, many years ago (long before I was fooling around with the hydro) I did a test where I tested several varieties of peppers, one normally, and the second of each with only the ST the different ingredient used (I started using it in the pots after 4 weeks, wh they weren't very large), and the peppers were given small doses (1/2 tsp/gal water, to soak the pots) every 2 weeks, and they definitely were benefited by it, and by the end of the season, each of the peppers was slightly larger, though it seemed like the early growth was better. I think I forgot about the ST, when that 4 oz container was used up, but years later I got 3 16oz bottles of it, from a place going out of business, and I'm still working on the last two containers!
