Water resistant bubble mailers
Since my mailbox will likely get overloaded this year, I recommend using plastic rather than craft paper bubble mailers, to prevent any rain damage.
I spoke with the mailman who said that he will be doing Monday-Friday delivery. Small envelopes will go in the mailbox, along with any bubble mailers that also fit in, on any given day. Overload will go into a bin on my porch, out of wet weather's way. Saturdays are unknown as to how they will go.
And, putting everything into one large zip lock bag, first, then into the bubble mailer, as several participants have done, will help, too.
