Hi there!
Hello everyone,
I've already been posting around here but I thought I'd introduce myself as well (rude, I know!). I've gotten into tomatoes a few years ago, and was very disappointed on not being able to get into tomatoville (never got the activation email). I've been a silent participant for a few years, reading posts and learning from everyone but never getting to interact. I was thrilled to stumble here a couple of weeks ago through a random reddit post and to see many familiar names. I usually still look through the forums in 'observer' mode but I'm trying to participate more.
I'm still in the phase of wanting to try all the different tomato varieties but having very little room to match my ambitions. My wife was convinced this year to let me plant a bit in our front yard so I'm excited to add a larger number this year, and I'm also looking into a community garden plot

Re: Hi there!
Welcome to the Junction @Kraky! For me it was the same. Tried to get into Tomatoville and ended up here. I think this is the better place anyway. Without new users, TV will die a slow death, while the user base for the TJ will keep on growing.
I think you'd be hard pressed to find someone amoung us who doesn't grow at least some new varieties each year

You might as well be arguing with a cat.

Welcome to the Junction @Kraky. I'm glad that you found us here. All of our founding members are from the 'ville which is why you see so many familiar names.
I'm glad to hear that you are expanding your gardens. This means that you will be expanding your knowledge as well. Come on in and join the conversations. We have some great people here!
