This is great! Thanks for doing it and making it available. A few comments:

Crispy F1 is a hybrid sweet bell pepper, standard blocky shape, green ripening to red. It was sold by Burpee and possibly others but probably not available anymore.

Senator pepper should be a sweet conical yellow pepper 140-180g. If you google "Senator Paprika" or "Paprika Senator" you'll turn up lots of seed packet images and text descriptions, but you'll need to translate from Hungarian or Slovak.

Danube pepper -- I was only able to find one place with info on a variety with this name: http://semenaopt.com/en/Pepper/Danube/603442/
They say it's a long green to red "prismatic conical" pepper 10-12cm long, excellent taste with crisp, fragrant flesh. I don't see that they specify whether it is sweet or hot, though.

I grew Dulce Mediterrano (probably Dulce Mediterraneo?) from MMMM seeds this summer and ended up with a long, relatively skinny, extremely sweet orange pepper, no heat at all. My internet research made me wonder if these might be seeds saved from a grocery store mixed pack of red, yellow and orange long sweet peppers.

I believe Majduczek should be Hajduczek.

I think in the "earliest pepper evah" thread here on TJ it was established that Zupa is the same as Zupska Rana; see the final post in the thread.

Carlo Putini is described as an Italian cayenne, so maybe cayenne heat levels would work for it in your chart?
