Yorkshire pudding.

I want to make yorkshire pudding so I can make toad in a hole.
Never done it and I'm afraid of failure.
Any tips?

I think I live in the toad capital of Texas.
Won't even mow the weeds for fear of killing a toad or frog.
They are hopping and jumping everywhere.
Little ones cross the road in front of me in the morning in my neighborhood.
Slow down to let them cross.
Gotta soft spot for reptiles and amphibians.

Here’s a recipe. Recipe also says it will be better if the mixture rests in the fridge. I made Yorkshire pudding long time ago. My wife’s niece’s husband is a Newcastle upon Tyne bloke. He appreciates a good Yorkshire pudding. Rugby too. Played for the Houston Professional Rugby team. Big bloke.
