What are these leaf spots on my Dr. Wyche's seedlings?
These have been completely indoors and are bottom watered, so I wanna say it can't be septoria, right? Any ideas? If needed, I can post pictures without my blue/red grow lights.

I think that it might be gray mold. Try spraying with a mild copper spray, milk diluted 50/50, or 1/10 hydrogen peroxide to water.

You were right. It started eating through the leaves before I could treat, though, so I clipped the affected branches off and am letting their potting mix dry out a bit. I definitely kept them too wet, lesson learned!
