Anyone else growing in straw bales?

Last year I gave straw bales a try, and they outperformed both my containers and my in-ground garden (admittedly, we have poor soil and a lot of rocks around here). This year I’ve expanded my straw bale garden and built some nice wooden boxes for my bales. I’d love to hear from others doing straw bales or interested in them.

LeHoullier’s success with straw bales is what convinced me to take the plunge!
