Post Reply problem?
I'm trying to create a new post in the The Dawg Patch in the Grow Logs. I click The Dawg Patch and then Post Reply. At first the blank window pops up but before I can start entering a post, it switches to show my last post. It's not done this before. I don't want to write over it because I'm afraid it will delete my last post.
Help!

When the box with your former post comes up, delete the former post out of it and put in your new stuff. If you're doing complicated stuff like adding a lot of pics, try this first with a little test post.
If you're very afraid of it deleting your last post, copy that post to your clipboard (select all, control C) before inputting the test post.

Make sure you use the full editor so you don't lose a post. There's a glitch in the system, sometimes the full editor will remember your last post when you try to make a new one. Make sure your last post did in fact post then delete it.

Re: Post Reply problem?
Well, I think I found a work-around. I just hit the quote button on someone's reply, delete what the quote is and then make my post in the open window. Seems to work.
This problem seems to happen when it's a thread I've posted to. If I'm doing a Post Reply on a topic I've never posted to before, I don't have that problem. Strange.

Re: Post Reply problem?
I had a similar problem as well and I think, in my case, it was because there was an outgoing PM that hadn't been picked up yet. And GoDawgs, I did something similar to what you mentioned to be able to send out a reply to a different member.

Thanks for that. I didn't see it before I made my last post. Glad we've got a fix now!Nan6b wrote: ↑Mon Apr 06, 2020 4:01 pm When the box with your former post comes up, delete the former post out of it and put in your new stuff.
