Fried fish my carrot drunken raisin salad I haven't touched yet and french fries.
I'm getting a lot of used out of the french frie cutter.
I can whip out a ton of fries in about a minute.
They're soaking in salted water fruit fresh and dash of vinegar.
The vinegar keeps them from breaking up after the first fry.
The salted water seasons the potato.

I made my cocktail sauce too darned hot because of that blasted chili powder from India.
It was Worcestershire sauce ketchup horse radish and the hot chili powder from India.
I swear that stuff isn't cayenne pepper but ghost pepper powder.
I'm recovering though.

I've been on a chicken kick the last few days.
Fried chicken wings.
Baked chicken thighs.
Last night was rice I cooked in the baked chicken broth leftover and put around some homemade tamales.
I added Velveeta cheese to the rice and then baked it in the oven to melt mozzarella cheese on top.
Today I'm making more rice for some sort of fried rice with chicken thighs in it.

Tamales and rice.

I'm experimenting.
I dumped a good amount of the screaming hot Chile powder from India in a little water and put some hotdog weiners in it to lightly simmer.
We shall see if it makes them hot and change color.
They're going with my leftover spaghetti that I added spicy pasta sauce butter and oil cured olives.

After I stacked the bacon and tomato on the sandwich I didn't have room for jalapeno and egg.
It was delicious.

I started out with a chopped ham and tomato sandwich then I realized I had frozen burger patties so it's a hamburger with tomato and onion with Duke's mayonnaise of course.
The darned jalapenos are so big I don't know what to do with them.

That wasn't a frozen hamburger patty.
It was a really hot homemade sausage patty.

Didn't feel like cooking today, so snacked along on a Cosmic Crisp apple, some cheddar plus gruyere cheese, dot's pretzels and a hand of smoked almonds. PIC is at a robotics thing, so I can be naughty a bit.

I ate the last leftovers I had of those chickpeas and greens, with bacon and rosemary. I liked that so much that I set another batch of those chickpeas to soak overnight, to make some tomorrow - this batch with a red bell pepper chopped up in it, instead of the optional chile paste, which made it fairly hot, and I'll be sharing it with a friend, that couldn't take that heat. I'll just sprinkle some heat on what I eat.
