I need some advice. I got some mexican mini cucumbers to taste. The ones that look like Mini watermelons.
I don't know if they are really ripe and I would like to safe seeds. Do they ripen on the counter?
Thank you for any information

I would think they need to rippen on the vine.
Are these also known as sour gherkins?
