Re: 2024 mater list
I listed maybe 2 or 3 dwarfs not sure if it’s worth it yet I I grew Yukon quest and ulyru okra and only just now got small tomatoes and I started them in February so it’s a tough one. I have decided to start ididrod red today for my indoor dwarf tomato I try and do 1 every winter..

Re: 2024 mater list
I have 2 New Big Dwarfs planted in the Strawberry bed which has no Strawberries left (deer). They are a measured 6' 3", so tall I was doubting whether they were NBD. Tomatoes are correct, 3 softball size, the other 8 baseball size. Several tiny ones. Been pulling at first blush so none ripe yet. Right at 90 DTM, absolutely no foliar damage, picture perfect considering the shape of my other tomatoes.TomatoNut95 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 09, 2024 3:57 pmI'm growing New Big Dwarf this fall. How tall did yours get?AKgardener wrote: ↑Tue Jul 09, 2024 3:29 pm I grew new big dwarf back in 2017
I only got 3 tomatoes but I also didn’t really know anything about growing tomatoes at that time either..its on my grow list next year
Will grow more NBD and less BrandyFred next year. Was so excited about BrandyFred until 7 of 8 shriveled up and died. 6 tomatoes, all huge and delicious. Any Brandywine heritage is a killer for me.

I figured the new big dwarf would take that long why I’m not growing it next year I don’t think I have time unless I start it way early
