I assume this is heat related because I'm in a very hot area of Florida. But I have white spots showing up on my plants. See photos. Hopefully there Tois something i can do to remedy this. Thanks.

Looks like white mold:

That link says it is hard to treat, but I would think any fungicide would help, like a bleach and water mixture or peroxide.

I only see one photo, and it's not detailed enough for me to see what you're dealing with. Is it possible you have mealybugs, or maybe white flies? Does it look like a pest or disease/fungus? Maybe provide more info about the symptoms and more detailed pictures if you can.

@chuckb74 Those are mealy bugs.

They are relatively easy to get rid of. Use a soap spray of 1 t. dish soap to 1 gallon of water. Add a little garlic to it and spray your plants every 3 days for a total of 3-4 times.

I use Dawn, garlic juice, black pepper and a healthy dose of hot sauce in a 1 gallon sprayer. The only insecticide I ever use.
MissS, you were really sharp to spot them and to know how to treat them.

I'm doing a little exploring on here tonight and it's amazing how much more you can do here than you could on Tomatoville.

We are in the midst of a serious severe thunderstorm, heavy rain, flash flooding, and some serious lightening, Hope the power stays on until I finish this. Our electric co-op has been really reliable for several years now. when we first moved here a half inch rain would have the power off for 3-4 hours.
