The Bs are burgeoning: Bacon Lettuce and This (H/T @Tormato), Black Brandywine, and Boxcar Willie...and Zapotec Oaxacan, the featured Tomato for April.

Coupla Mama Mia Giallo, Beaver Dam, and Sweet Sunset Peppers up.

A GREAT time of the year, am I right?

All of the Squarsh and most of the Cukes have outgrown the Seed Starting Rack, and now have their own dedicated table:

i gotta ask, what do you do with the squarsh, and cukes between now and plant out?
must be another month before danger of frost is past for you, eh. you got a big sun room
or green house type structure? inquiring minds, and all.

Heck, I planted 'em two weeks later'n usual, but will tend 'em as best I can in the interim.

Hardening off''ll begin on the back porch (which ain't that awful big) in ~10 days to two (2) weeks; all I gotta say is them there Tomatoes & Peppers best kick it up another notch!

Your squash are planted early in the season. What do you use to deter the SVB (squash vine borer)? I tend to plant mine later to try to avoid them.

Haven't had a problem with 'em...hope they don't take that as an invitation...
