Concentrated Fruit Set for Bell Peppers

Shopping around inline for a hybrid or two to buy this year (and hold a few over for next year) I sometimes see "Concentrated Fruit Set" in the describtion of a sweet hybrid bell variety. Are all hybrids bred for concentrated fruit set to allign with peak market sales? I haven't really observed this with OP varieties, but maybe I need to find time and shade to start keeping detailed records.

This would be great for farmers market pepper sellers. I usually have few excess peppers like I do with tomatoes for donating, and no fridge space to hold them for truck day/
I'm just looking for fresh peppers for friends and family that don'y come in all in at once. My season is too short to pinch or thin.

So, have you found a bell with a nice steady supply? They can ripen to red, or not. I grow Marconi types for reliable ripening to red and always hope for some color on bells, but usually get green,- A few go straight in a freezer bag for the winter.

The "Alliance" and "Declaration" hybrid bell peppers I keep recommending ad nauseam have steady, ongoing fruit production through the season, not what I would call concentrated fruit set. They're green to red blocky bell peppers, good flavor, heavy production, excellent disease resistance. They're not really fast to turn red though, so if that's a priority for you, you might not be happy with them. Have you tried New Ace hybrid bell? Harris says they're quick to turn red. I haven't tried them yet because I've been so happy with Alliance and Declaration.

Hmm, maybe. I just ordered Takaii's New Ace from Pinetree, but there is also a Pepper New Ace on the broker's takii.com website https://takii.com/vegetables/fruit-crops/ PM me your address if you'd like a tiny pinch to try.. For some reason I enjoy growing trios of many different varieties rotating in some new as varieties old seeds are used up.

I'm working off the very last few seeds from a pepper spree from 2018. Alliance and Declaration are long gone. Only the old Ace and one other variety are left from those. I'm transitioning from urban to country growing (due to unavoidable herbicide damage intown), so I'lll have a little more opportunity to space properly.

Do you remember what you didn't like about Alliance & Declaration when you tried them?

Thanks for the offer of New Ace seed to try, but I'm going to stick with what's been working for me now that I've finally found them. New Ace isn't listed as having resistance to Bacterial Leaf Spot, which seems to be the biggest problem in my garden -- wipes out some varieties before they produce a single edible pepper.
