A.M. Leonard is having one of their occasional free shipping days. I use this as a chance to get potting soil and seed starting mixes delivered for free, which is a huge savings. The Code is 1C20P. In the past I've also added tools I needed, etc. so they make a bit more from the order since shipping on soil must cost them a lot, but this time I just needed soil.

I just bought:
Berger BM2 Germination Mix
Berger BM7 Bark Growing Mix

The coupon works for up to about 80 or so pounds, so I could get a bag of each. Whatever the weight limit is per order, when you go over it the coupon doesn't work and you get a rate for freight instead.

I jumped on that right away, and then realized the free ship has come AFTER they raised their prices. I know this because I started my 'buy' list, with all the main tomato seed suppliers with prices compared for each variety.

Tomato Fest was not the cheapest, but if you took off the shipping it would make a difference. The first 3 tomato seed packets went up .60, $1.50, and $1.65. I didn't even bother with the rest.

So either they were having one heck of a sale last week, or their 'free shipping' isn't so free.

Thanks for posting this! I needed a new pack of Rainbow Blend cherry tomatoes from Botanical Interests because I've used up all the Super Snow White seeds from the pack, so this was timely. I also bought a pack of their Peas & Oats cover crop seeds to try in part of my garden where the soil is kind of unfortunate.
