My Tomato List

#1

After Participating in the MMMM Swap these past couple months, I decided to do some organizing. Following the example of some Pro seed savers here on this forum, I went and made up a spread sheet of all the tomatoes I received from the swap. The unfortunate part is that it is incomplete

I will continue my research on these 'maters, but thought I would share my creation with all of you to use too. And, if one of the suppliers of these seeds sees this list, maybe they can add some information into the cells. My fear is that the seeds I received are not exactly the same as would be offered on a big name seed seller and I don't want to put in the wrong information.

Any who, here is the link to my Google Sheets. I hope it works

I'm not a supplier of any of those seeds, but I can help with some of the information if needed.
Well done on the spreadsheet, btw. Looks good.

That would be wonderful, thankyou! And by all means, steal it! If it'll be of use to anyone here, please copy it for yourself

I am wondering if your KBK tomato listing is not "KBX".

Oh no, that's what i was afraid of. I just copied anything that was written on the seed packets. I'll have to go check to make sure i didn't put it in the wrong row.

PS
I see what you mean. I corrected the typo. Thank you!

I've added what info I had from my data base. HTH
Looks like I'm going to have to start a new wish list after seeing all those new to me varieties. LOL!
Could Prinope Borghese on your list be Principe Borghese?

Its so exciting to see me varieties! And you may be right, I'll have to check the packet again. I had a couple packets I had to look twice at.

Amazon Chocolate can be either Potato Leaf or Regular. My original ones were PL but new commercial ones have been Regular. You might want to check which you received if it’s not listed on the packet. Have not seen the PL listed at most vendors.
What a wonderful list!

Thank you Gardadore . Most of the packets didn't specify the leaf type. I was able to search online for the most of the Seeds from A to B. And i used "Dave's Garden" when I could. I've come to trust his site. But even that isn't a definitive answer. Without the provider, I'll never know. Until i grow it that is 😁

Rockoe10, I filled in a few. If the Dark Galaxy came from me, it's 2019. Nan6b or Nan_PA_6b.

That it did! And thank you, both for the seeds and for filling in some of the List

Rockoe10,

The San Marzano Redorta and the (Franci) Red Pear were from me. The original seed packets give the DTM for San Marzano Redorta at 85 and the Red Pear at 70. That seems about right, maybe a little low in our mild Seattle summers. I didn't take notes, but recall that they both tended to grow wide rather than tall. Both had very good production. The San Marzano had a touch of BER, but a little cal-mag fixed it right up.

Daniel Burson is not a red tomato. It is a purple or what some call black.
