I have been watching 2 pairs of eagles through web cams for a few years now. I thought perhaps someone here might enjoy watching as well. This pair just laid their 3rd egg this past weekend. Such amazing birds.

I check it every couple of days. But most of the time they show it on the local news. Big Bear were the nest is located is only a hour away. Did you see it last week when they were covered in Snow?

I used to watch Decorah eagles some years back. Maybe it's time to watch another one. Thanks!

The Decorah eagle cam was the first beginning in 2006 and is still active. Fascinating! Their eagles must be at least in the third or fourth generation.

rdback….Thanks for the link !
You're quite welcome. I guess, for the purposes of full disclosure (and maybe just a little pride), I will tell you that's my nephew in the video. He has made quite the career of what he has loved since he was a little boy.

Every time I look there's a lazy bird sitting in the nest.
I guess the other one is out working.
The male is an amazing bird. His last wife left the nest to gather some food and never returned. He tended the chicks until they fledged and courted a new lady in the process. She is now his partner.

The eggs are hatching. The first little pips are being heard today. Listen, you can hear it.
