I made another video using the shrimp stock from the last video. This was delicious and hearty for a seafood dish.

This reminds me of my grandmother's recipes that were made on a wood stove. The stove was on all day anyway for to heat the house, so anything that wanted a long simmer was cooked to perfection. Soups and stews never tasted so good.
