Trailer bathroom remodel

So my girlfriend's daughter needed a place to live, and there is a structure on her property that sort of used to be habitable. It is a 1970s single wide trailer that was totalled from flood damage. The previous property owners bought it, poured a slab next to it, and built a roof over it. It resembles a double wide. The bathroom is on the trailer side and had suffered years of water leaks. The mildew smell was awful.

I gutted everything down to the studs and floor joists, ripped out all the trailer fixtures, and put in new floors, new plumbing, some new wiring, and a 2x4 wall to hold new drains and pipes. House fixtures don't fit in trailers, so it was extra challenging. I put the tub on a platform to make room for the drain to work and built a shower out of fiberglass "frp," which is fire resistant paneling, but also waterproof, and pvc trim. I had to move the new toilet over so the bigger tub would fit. They had an extra vanity on hand, as well as a lot of cpvc pipe. I used pex for the longer runs under the trailer that will probably freeze at some point. The new floor is two layers of 3/4" osb with vinyl plank on top.

The new water supply tested 100 psi. It made my new water heater weep out of the factory fittings. The little brass piece in the plumbing pic is a pressure regulator.

(My pics are always sideways. They load right side up if you click on them)

Good on ya. Looks great. Remodels are always so much more work than a newbuild, takes more patience than I possess.

Beautiful job.
Nothing a refurbished home needs more than a clean new bathroom. She'll be great there!

That was a big job and you did it so well. They sure are lucky to have you helping them fix it up.
