My BFF's garden has Sefora spot and she's not able to plant tomatoes there for 4 years! Isn't there anything she can do to fix that spot because she doesn't have the room to rotate. Would boiling water kill the disease? An antifungal? Anything?

Me thinks that you are referring to Septoria Leaf Spot.

Since she is unable to rotate crops there are a few things that she can do. The first would be to grow resistant varieties to this condition. Be sure that all plant debris is cleared away from the soil and remove and diseased foliage from the plants when it is first noticed. Then use a fungicide program to prevent the disease from taking hold in the first place. Disease resistant does not mean that they will not get the disease only that they have high resistance to it.
