Wrong Seed, Good Response

Yesterday I e-mailed the seed vendor about that not-really-Kalibos cabbage I have in the garden. Here's the reply:

"Thank you for reaching out. I am so sorry that this happened. We did find out at the end of the season that we did get the wrong seed so I am happy to send you a new packet from the new batch we just received or give you a credit on your account for a future order. "

So I asked for a new pack of the seed. The vendor is Pinetree. I've been ordering seed from them since the late 90's and it's the first time I ever had a "wrong seed" problem with them or any problem for that matter. So all's well that ends well.

I ordered from them the first time this year and everything was aces so far. They keep this up and they'll be me go-to from now on.

I’ve ordered from Pinetree and had good experiences with them.

Yes, Pinetree has been a reliable vendor in my experience.
