Too much Jimmy

I grow Jimmy Nardello Peppers every year. We like to add them to stir fry or just fry them up. For whatever reason this year we are absolutely overrun with them. Far more than we'll use in stir fries, etc. A quick search shows a bunch of folks talking about frying them, a couple talking about pickling them and/or drying them. What I've seen isn't really too convincing. I'll give some away, but I am also curious if anyone has any other ideas.

Use them in lasagna.
You won't be sorry.

Put em in a ziploc, and toss em in the deep freeze. Easy to use all winter. Do not thaw, chop them up frozen and add to your stir fries.

Can you post a pic of these? I have tried to grow them the last two years, and this year on the second or third attempt. I got some to germinate. And I THINK I know where they went in, but not positive. So if you could post a pic of plant and pepper that would much appreciated.

Here's a link. Don't have a picture of mine handy, but many are half again as large as the ones in the pic.

Not seeing anything like them yet...must be next to my habs. Makes sense, they were the late ones. My joe's long cayenne seed was too far gone, never got them up at all.

Last year I had a Jimmy Nardello plant in a grow bag and it was 2 ft. away from the next grow bag which had a Tolli's sweet Italian pepper in it. I saved seed from the Tolli's for this season and what I'm getting seems to be a cross between the two varieties./Users/Dan/Downloads/IMG_0141.jpeg
