Starting a few days ago I am seeing a huge picture as the header. It takes up the whole screen.

Has there been a change and is it supposed to look like this?

If I log in as a guest it looks like it always did but when I enter as myself I get the big picture.

Yes, I have deleted cookies and it is happening with both Chrome and Edge browsers so I don't believe it's a browser issue.

Admins - If you go to the controversial forum you will see this error. There is something which shows briefly when logging into the regular forum and I think that it is the same thing. Hope this helps.

Nothing has changed but I did purge the cache, hopefully that fixed it. Let us know if you still have this problem.

I logged out and back in and it still looks the same to me with the extra large picture.

Looks this way on my phone too.

Pondgardner is checking the server's forum to see if he can learn something about this. Everything so far checks out here.

This morning it is back to normal

I've had it happen three times, going away and coming back, in the past couple of months. The first time, I deleted cookies, shut off the computer, and the next day it was fine. The last two times cookies would not delete, so it was a waiting game for the huge header to go away. While the header itself was no big deal, it did mean that I had to do much more scrolling to get where I wanted to go.

I have no clue as to why this is happening to you. I would fix it if I new how or could but it does seem to resolve by itself given some time.

It's funny, I started a thread about this a few months ago, but this time I didn't have the problem. Weird.

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd, the large header is back.

The header pic looks normal to me. Yesterday it was blank, white. That was the only change I saw, blank for a day, and I never did anything to try to correct it.

@Tormato Gremlins at work. Hopefully they will get tired of their game and move on elsewhere. I'm sorry buy I just don't know how to help you with this one. All that I can say is 'this too shall pass'.

I'm back to the small header, without even attempting to clear cookies. While computers and I hate each other, we don't hold a grudge.

I'm back to the large header, and I can't clear cookies. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
