Honey
My girlfriend is a beekeeper, so we have a lot of honey. We are just starting to experiment with infused and fermented flavors.
From left to right, cranberry, orange, garlic, and blueberry. I will update the thread with reviews about how everything tastes. Jalapeno is coming soon.

Re: Honey
It was good almost right away. It seems everything likes a different amount of time. Blueberry is fast. Some jars have a little lemon too, but any more than a little becomes overpowering.
The garlic is fermenting, so it will take the longest, I think. It still smells of sulphur.
