Mango cheesecake

Has anyone here ever tried mango cheesecake with fresh mangoes? (No recipe in particular.) I ran across
this recipe for it, and I thought it looked exceptionally good. The color is awesome.
Being in Idaho, I've only ever had grocery store mangoes--but I can dream.

Mango is the most delicious fruit to me. Therefore mango cheescake must be the most delicious cheescake! Please make it Shule, even with grocery store mangoes it's got to be lovely.

Not cheesecake but mango and habanero make one heck of a good salsa.

Our season is half over.We do the cheesecake,ice cream and my favorite mango leather.The ice cream is the quickest,I have no patience for the cheesecake.

Mango purée about 3 quarter inch ,parchment paper lined flat cookie pans,oven at 250 maybe overbite.Roll the leather up,freeze,just like fruit chews,lasts us all year.
