Wow, no seasonings at all other than what you put on the meat? Sure looks easy, but you sure it doesn't need a something? Was that tomato juice as in the stuff you can pour in a glass and drink with your breakfast or make a Bloody Mary with?

That looks really good! I try to be as low salt as I can, so the seasoning amount seems fine to me.
The tomato juice adds quite a bit of acid/salty flavor. I tend to forget lima beans exist, although I do like them. Will have to try them in soup again.

I’d eat that. I like pictsweet brand frozen veggies, too. Wonder if Pictsweet is a southern regional or nationwide brand?

It was seasoned perfect from all the seasoning on the meat and the tomato juice has plenty of salt in it. I sometimes use the hot and spicy V-8 juice, the same juice you use in Bloody Mary's.
