@Sue_CT As much as I loathe fact checking or verifying articles(the fact checkers are often just checking themselves or some extension of themselves for truthfulness), the evidence suggests that the NY Times has not changed wordle other than remove 6 words from the original list.

OK, January then. I am not sure when they agreed to the deal vs when it closed, vs anything else. I just think if the information isn't actually coming from the NY Times there is no way to know if it is accurate or not. I don't think I read anything in those that says they have made no changes but I read them quickly because it is not a crucial issue in my life. But regardless, if people say it on the internet, yes it "could" be true. I just fact check most things before taking what people post as fact, and yes I fact check myself too so I try not to post that things that are not true. Something I really would prefer not to do personally. You do you, as they say.

Yeah the monsoon flow stayed more to the north of us, although areas about 10 miles west and north of me got heavy rains. This has been a very dry summer with less than 2" of rain in the past three months. There have been at least 20 days of 100ËšF temps and I try to water every three days. Maybe I should use the word 'rainy' to start tomorrows Wordle for an incentive to get some moisture.
