I was thinking they looked like lithium sunset. Bigger though, I only grew them once or twice on a Fla weave, probably 2017.

That's what I was thinking. I brought a ~1.5 lb/~680 gram nearly flawless OG (with other "friends") into the Iron County Miner (Published Weekly/Read Daily!-https://ironcountyminer.com/) office yesterday.

Their jaws dropped to the floor just looking at it, I could only imagine their faces when they slice that looker up; people up this way (~15 miles/24 kms from Lake Superior) just don't get Tomatoes like that.

Old German is a nice variety for sure, they produce a nice crop of fruit as well. I used to grow em every year when I grew for profit and they always gained the attention of the crowd and brought a premium at auction. I would place fruit single layer in 10-20 lb. flats so customers could see everything they were bidding on. Several times I've had enough fruit to load 10 or 12 wood pallets single layer and that would stretch 50 feet or so down the auction floor.

The first fruit can be absolute monsters if really cared for and disease pressure is light. I've had numerous 3 pounders and a few approaching 4. My sons always loved to pick the OG's because they were big and always contained a lunker or 2.
