Now that I have some ripe KARMA Apricot, I can compare the taste to KARMA Peach. After tasting KARMA Peach last year, it immediately became one of my Top 3 favorites, and is now added to my must-grow list every year. So I was excited to try KARMA Apricot. Now that I've done a side-by-side comparison, I can't tell the difference in flavor between the two. My wife and I both thought they tasted the same, which is outstanding. So KARMA Apricot gets a definite thumbs-up here in Tulsa. Now I'll have to decide which one I will grow every year. I'm so limited in space, I'll likely just do one each year. Maybe I'll alternate.
KARMA Miracle is also very good. I've found they really pick up more sweetness the longer you leave them on the plant. Yum!
Great job, again, ladies. All your hard work has really paid off. I love growing tasty tomatoes, and your KARMAs are definitely tasty.

Re Karma Apricot. Hubby was very worried about one of the tomato plants which he didn't think looked well. Turned out it was Karma Apricot. I had to agree that it looked a bit floppy against the others in the row (which had "regular" leaves). I pointed out Captain Lucky and Karma Miracle which also had PL's and didn't look so floppy. I don't suppose KA tends to be "floppy" does it?

My Apricot is, by far, the floppiest plant I have. It's floppier than Peach, which is saying a lot. My KARMA Miracle has almost no droopiness.

My K.Apicots were sort of floppy now that you mention it.

Yes, my K-Apricot is the most spindly looking of the three varieties, too. But spindly PL's are known to usually have great flavor. Though I had the slowest germination from K-Miracle, it is the largest and sturdiest of the lot at present. So sounds like we all agree on the variety characteristics in our grow outs. All three varieties have blossoms, but a long way from fruit here!

I am growing new to me Karma peach and Karma purple. As well from last year Taiga, Polaris, Midnight Sun and Mocha splash. Your tomatoes are taking over my garden, ladies. The only part that gives me trepidation is droopiness factor. Keep forgetting it is part if the deal.

Mocha Splash isn't one of Karen's creations, it's one I have stabilized from a bee cross of Chocolate Stripes and ?
I don't remember it having droop though, but it's a very good tomato in every way.
Midnight Sun was by far my droopiest leafed but yes all the True North hearts have droopy potato leafs.

I was just outside, trimming the lower tomato leaves when I had a good look at KARMA Miracle. It is SO hearty, it could almost be called a THUG (in the nicest possible way, of course
).

I'm glad someone said this! My Taiga plant is very floppy. I'm glad it's expected, and not something I've done to the poor plant.
Also, with this review of Karma Peach, I'm going to have to add it to my 2021 grow list I think.

Droopy = wispy in a potato leaf heart. They do look unusual but that’s because they are

I wouldn't call my KARMA Apricot and Miracle droopy or wispy, yet. I'd call them robust! They are a couple feet high and their bottom leaves, at least, are the biggest PL I've ever grown -- bigger than my hand!

Glad to read so many reports here! I have Pink and Apricot in the garden. Pink is taller and Apricot is more droopy with larger leaves as well. Can't wait to taste these!

My Taiga plant is very floppy, too.
It's the only PL tomato I've seen like that, so far.

Karma Pink survived the greenhouse and the transplant, and it's doing fine. Same for Margaet Curtain, Green Gables, and Rosella, although I know they're not part of the project.

I checked this thread at the right time. I've got Tundra growing right next to KBX. Makes for a useful comparison, as both feature big potato leaves--but you definitely notice the floppiness of Tundra too, especially next to KBX. Both have their first blossoms open and both are fused blossoms, they're huge!

Another tomato that has surprised me with its spectacular flavor along with tundra, KARMA miracle. We have loved the whole family, congratulations for your great work, it really is a delicious tomato

Thank you Nico, and I agree with you about the taste of KARMA Miracle. It's just so delicious. You have done an outstanding job with those tomatoes. I also loved the KARMA Apricot and yours look perfect, but my 2 most favorite flavored are the KARMA Pink and Miracle.
It looks like you are having a fantastic season. You do great work!
