That's actually a great idea.
You could point it the other direction so sunlight can reach both sides and you could run a heater on cold nights.

Oh that's far back yeah I remember too.

We now have potholes in our speed bumps as well....

Actually, I haven't seen that around here, and I figured that they must use some sort of enhanced blacktop material, so the speed bumps will outlive the road!

The Cold butter on toast brings back a comment I made to a guy.
He had looked on The Chive and someone posted an idea about using a cheese grater to grate frozen butter to spread on bread.
My reply really ticked this guy off.
I said wouldn't it be easier just to set your butter out to get soft before the meal.
Now you have a greasy grater to clean up.
