A relative dried some of these earlier (in the oven on 170), but I'm dehydrating the rest of the big ones in the dehydrator (currently on 130). The bulk of them turned yellow. None of them turned orange; so, I'm thinking these ones don't turn orange.Shule wrote: ↑Thu Oct 13, 2022 5:53 am Here's our end of season pepper harvest.
