I need to do a new seed inventory too as I’ve rather run amuck lately.

A relative dried some of these earlier (in the oven on 170), but I'm dehydrating the rest of the big ones in the dehydrator (currently on 130). The bulk of them turned yellow. None of them turned orange; so, I'm thinking these ones don't turn orange.

The yellow ones are pretty tasty, and they look bright and cheerful. They taste similar to the orange ones last year (a little different).

I'm impressed at how long so many of these lasted in storage (long enough for lots of color). Yes, some went bad, but not that many. They got wrinkly (pretty fast, actually), though (the ones last year did not).
