Peanut butter and onion sandwich

You heard it, a peanut butter and onion sandwich.
Some time ago I was thinking of outlandish ideas on food combinations and came up with this concoction.
Looking it up on line to my surprise I found out it was Ernest Hemingway's favorite sandwich.
Or so it is said.
Finally got around to making one for tomorrow's lunch.
The dreaded peanut butter and onion sandwich.

For some reason that doesn't surprise me. Peanut butter can overpower most other flavors, I've noticed (of the flavors I've tried with it).
