Hi from DC
Hi! I'm Kathy, a journalist in Washington, DC. As you might imagine it's an intense job in this crazy time and my garden is my respite.
Some of you may recognize my name from another forum. I took a several-year break from forums and returned this year to have to catch up on all the drama! I have no interest in any of that, just in growing tomatoes.

Welcome, KathyDC, from Pennsylvania! As they say, "Gardening is better than therapy and you get tomatoes." Look forward to reading your posts.

Welcome back to the garden! So glad that you have found us here. I hope that you find time to play in the dirt with this year of turmoil to write about. It's a great way to decompress.

Re: Hi from DC
Thank you! I have 16 tomato plants going this year -- one more than my largest number previously. I've already had to roll with a few punches, but that's life in the garden.
It's truly my therapy, now more than ever.

Hi KathyDC, welcome to TJ.
I do remember you from another site. Good to see you, and ditto garden-relax!! We're just in spring planting here and the longer days are giving me a news fast, due to getting in for dinner later. Hard for a journalist, but blissful for a gardener!
