Sweet Point peppers
I picked up a packet of these at the grocery store, and wondered if it's worth saving seeds. They are red, yellow and orange peppers which are a handy size - bout half the size of a bell, pointed, decently tasty.
I tried some 'mini' sweet peppers a few years ago but they were really too small for most uses. The idea of getting a smaller pepper growing is that they may not take so long to ripen.

I saved seed from a package of mini sweet peppers last year. They were orange, red and yellow. I ended up with a number of plants that produced mini orange peppers just like the packaged ones. Give it a go.Bower wrote: ↑Tue Jan 28, 2020 9:08 am I picked up a packet of these at the grocery store, and wondered if it's worth saving seeds. Is Sweet Point a hot pepper? I didn't find much on it in my searches. Any information you could provide about the variety could help to preserve knowledge about it.

Hey Shule,
It was just a package of commercial peppers I bought at the supermarket. They were sweet and pointed (not bells). Red yellow and orange, mostly 2-3 inches long. Good and tasty.
