I always thought they looked like the equivalent of Arabian horses to draft horses in the cow world. Most other farms had mostly big Holsteins. Kind of sad, all the small dairy farms are gone now, just big factory farms left.

Unfortunately moving that way here too. Jerseys used to be around 50% of the cow population here, now down under 20% I believe, which is sad particularly when a lot of the country is better suited to their smaller size
