Honestly, I was thinking of labeling this 2025-21st Century Quarterpole Year Of The BLT!
After considering the...um...discerning nature of TJ Blue Grass State contributors, I had the...er...Horse Sense to research the Racing metaphor Quarterpole, which revealed that it tended to describe the LAST quarter rather than the FIRST.

Canāt speak for anyone else, but the odds of me being vertical for 2075 are just south of fiddy-fiddy.

Ready for delicious! Exceptionally good taste, 'specially the Yeller. And both received the highest compliment ("pretty good!") the lovely and long suffering Mrs. Gotch would ever accord her "least favorite Tomato" (store bought)

Day 13 of 2025-21st Century Silver Jubilee Year Of The BLT!, 352 remain. The 1st TRUE Monday Morning BLT Brunch of the New Year's selections are a nice Reddy, and a Greeller (Green-n-Yeller bi-color) from Metro Market, via Llano Growers de MĆ©xico:

Both firm-n-delicious; the Reddy was mild with a little tartness, the Greeller was mild and al dente.
