How to send PM messages??

I have been trying to send PM messages and they remain in my Outbox?? Yet it says "message sent successfully" and it shows the message still in my outbox??

If you click submit it stays in your outbox until it is read by the recipient. Once read it will show up in your sent items box. That is my understanding of how it works. Hopefully, someone more experienced can be of more help.

You are correct. Think of the outbox as unread and sent box as read PM's.
